Healthier Manwich Bold Sloppy Joes
Ingredients:
2 lbs. Lean Ground Beef (the leaner the healthier)
2 Cans (16 oz.) Manwich Bold Sloppy Joe Sauce
1/2 Cup Minced Carrots
1/2 Cup Minced Celery
1/2 Cup Wheat Germ
Mesquite Grilling Seasoning
Directions:
Brown 2 lbs. lean hamburger in large skillet and strain. Put hamburger back into skillet. Add 2 cans Manwich Bold Sloppy Joe Sauce, 1/2 cup minced carrots, 1/2 cup minced celery, and mesquite grilling seasoning to taste (I use 4 light stripes across the width of the skillet). Mix and simmer for 10 minutes, or until carrots and celery are soft. Serve on your favorite bread or bun.
Makes 8 sloppy joe sandwiches.
